Forgive me if this is somewhere else, but is there a world map where we can see all locations that will appear in game?

Not in the public forums, there isn't. Now that I think about it, there isn't one in the dev part either
FYI, the westernmost part of the map is adjacent to the easternmost part of Fallout 2 worldmap, and from the east, our map ends near the Great Salt Lake in Utah. We have Las Vegas on the map as the southernmost location. Our game area covers mostly present-day Nevada and western Utah territories.

This might help a little...at least you can get a feel for the world map, which is a blend between the first Fallout and Fallout 2 map IMO.
