Re: You are a lucky man?
Luck is just an illusion that we humans use to try and make sense of the abstract chaos that is life. So... I don't really know

Re: Survival/crafting?
Hello, fellow mutant!
Simple answer: no. Introducing a crafting mechanic, and making it worthwhile so that it actually has an impact on the game, would really upset the current design. 'Survival' is kinda' in, if you can call challenging difficulity and the bleed system for Survival

Re: No Update for a long time
Glad to know that the project is still alive :) (Yeah,i lost my password so had to create a new account). It would be nice if you could write a little-tiny update perhaps...no hurry of course! We'll give an update when it's more valid to do so. ATM there isn't that much stuff to add, more than 'X n...

Re: No Update for a long time
10 years actually might not be that far off. A lot has happened since then, so it's basically just the bones of the project that are the same though
. We're soldiering on in between real life events. Thanks for the support

Re: Which mod tools do you us ?
Thanks for the interest and glad that you liked the demo! Regarding the child critter, yes, it's not an 'original FO2' model. It was first used in another mod, 'Shattered Destiny' by Lexx, so it's not MR specific either tbh  As for the tools, there aren't really any tools other than the editor...

Crazy. On a just as crazy side-note, one of my mates started spawning a conspiracy theory about the matter tonight. Which is more crazy frankly.

Re: Boston Marathon Bombings
I wonder what the fuck goes on in the head of an individual who sits down, rationally plans an attack against fellow human beings and then goes through with it. Doubt we'd really want to know, I know I wouldn't. Shit must be sicker than... Well, a lot. Taking the step to actually do such a thing ma...

Re: What would you like to see in the game?
Oh, there will be choices
. The choice and consequence of older RPG's are one of the driving ethics of this MOD really. And don't worry, being evil and smart is an option, after all, isn't that the best kind of evil

Re: What do you think about the mod?
Sledgehammer is too powerful a weapon to appear this early in the game. But if somebody did the club animations for the tribal critter, there could be clubs. :mhmm: Red crowbars! :ugly: Crowbars got a pretty badass damage (3-10), but a wrench would work (3-6) or a club would fit even better (1-6).

Re: What do you think about the mod?
Glad you're taking interest in the MOD friend :mhmm: Yeah, it seems old school. I love the climate of PC games from 96-97 and so on. Too bad you don't have 3D animators, perhaps it could be easily done: depends on scenario. Oh, we all do :mhmm: Elko is accurate, what can one do with this damn Geck; ...

Re: What would you like to see in the game?
I think the best possible thing that would be small, but a lot of people would really love is if there was an wearable suit complete with a fedora. You see it so much in the game, and yet you can't get one. It should be a very rare item, so that they aren't everywhere like leather jackets, but so t...

Nice
Any questions just post where needed or PM the relevant people. If Chris hasn't filled you in on what needs doing and/or who's who then someone around here will direct you if asked... You just need to ask

Re: Positions Available
About Tandi's speech, what humour should I have? what type of voice? Aged man? younger? sad? angry? happy? Sorry to butt in here Ardent  @Blue: I'd say that you should try a young adult or child voice that resembles your 'normal' voice to some degree (as you said that you're pretty young). An...

Re: What do you think about the mod?
Oh, yeah, and in terms of add-ons... I had a thought about the coolest of cool Fallout bad guys- the Witchfinder General. A terrifying dude in power armour and a broad-brimmed hat, riding round with his posse on a mission to clear out all trace of mutation. 'Suffer not the mutant to live' and other...
