Re: What do you think about the mod?

The demo is good. Has an old good climate. Thanks. * New graphics are promising, I'd hope that intro is also a demo version though. ;) Which intro? The "war never changes" one or the "Elko" intro? And why? Also, good theme song (but with clicking sounds?) The keyboard sounds over the tribal beat re...

Re: What do you think about the mod?

Not played demo cause I wait for finished product and don't wanna to play only a part of adventure :) I agree with Pixote - check out the demo. The game still has a long ways to go (really long), so at least you can have a glimpse of what it will look like in the end, and it will also give you a li...

Re: Demo Feedback

Noticed only one serious problem. Game crashes, when you're trying to do a quickload during combat. My system is Windows 7 x64. Demo version is 1.01. This is very unlikely to be an MR bug. Were you suffering from bleeding wounds at the time you did the quicksave perchance? Does it happen every time...

Re: Recruiting

do you need any extra music work done? We might need one or two more pieces. Can we hear you anywhere? also, what exactly are you looking for in the rip&flip? Are we talking full screens for loading and such or additional items or scenes or can I just do whatever and is there a preferred format? Ri...

Re: Demo Feedback

couple of issues i saw... someone mentioned getting stuck in Jorden's room but I had a different problem. I followed him in and he instantly went hostile and into combat. Can you describe the situation in more detail? Jordan is supposed to go hostile on you in certain situations. It may need fine-t...

Re: Recruiting

Need anyone who is new to modding but has a lot of time? Been in love with fallout for a long time and would like to contribute. Thank you for your interest and enthusiasm, but unless you possess some kind of modding skill (mapping, writing, art building, voice acting, etc.), we don't have the mean...

Re: Recruiting

Hey there :jap: After playing the latest demo several times I provided some feedback concerning bugs, typos and some general "critique" and then proposed that I could help you guys out with proofreading (and fixing) your English texts - be that dialogues or descriptions. Ardent advised me to drop b...

Re: What would you like to see in the game?

Maybe like a flag in NPCs that when their HP drops below 10% they surrender and give you money, items or information for their life. And if the enemy is really evil they would regroup with a bigger gang and come after you in a random map encounter (like the Morton brothers), or they would change th...

Re: What would you like to see in the game?

Maybe a cowboy showdown option in some bar? Would be nice. We have something kinda like it - under certain conditions, of course. As the non lethal fighting goes, id love to be a character that trash talks, threatens everyone and slaps them around when they disrespect me without having to kill them...

Re: Demo Feedback

Nice work guys :boing: Many thanks! my first walkthrough was nearly without complication ...but when Jorden goes of to Gorben's genarel store ,you get trapt if you stand inside of the room after the conversation.. the door is locked somehow anyway The door can be picked if it gets locked, so it's n...

Re: Recruiting

Hello, guys! I saw a thread on Fallout modding wiki about recruiting for this mod. It said you need voice actors. I'd like to do that if there is still a need. Also, I have translation and dialog editing skills: Russian - native, English as second language. Have two year degree in translation. Hell...

Mutants Rising 2011 Demo Teaser

Dear Fallout fans, It has been some time since you last heard from us. Rest assured that we have been working hard on the project and have made significant headway. If you followed the progress bars, you'll notice that they have been updated today, increasing by at least 8 percentage points in each ...

Re: How do you like the new website?

Hopefully Equilerex can fix the RSS feed. I agree that we're not very regular, but as Chris pointed out, there's no point in posting "Hey, we wrote another 10 scripts. Cheerio." (Incidentally, since the last newspost we wrote, filled in or corrected about a hundred scripts).

Re: Recruiting

Hey there guys, this is Mutagen from NMA. I'm hoping I could help in some way. I've an associates in Visual Communications, and I had a lot of classes dealing with marketing. I'm not the best artist but I'm decent when it comes to designing (being given pieces and assembling them). I'm also a great...

Re: What would you like to see in the game?

It would give the player a feeling that not everything for the game is for him, and that everythig could function without him I guess. Anyway, this is a minor thing. I don't really know if we have anything like that, sorry  I meant some way of making the bandits say "Power Armor? No wai!",...

Re: What would you like to see in the game?

Also I want to see: - unusable items, like Mutant Armor. What's the point of that? - changed encounters - if I'm wearing a Power Armor, three bandits should avoid me, and if I'll meet them - run away. Encounters will be overhauled to fit the MR world. - rational placed cities, not created around an...

Re: What would you like to see in the game?

How many different groups can we join? Several. At least five (but not all in one playthrough). Also, it depends what you consider as a group. Will we get benefits for joining one over another? What do you mean exactly? That joining one faction will be less profitable than joining the other? The re...

Thanks for taking any time at all to answer them! Great to see these questions getting answered and I know it builds up my anticipation even more :D We're always eager to answer questions (unless we can't answer them if we don't want to ruin the surprise(s), or unless it's the question about the re...
